extra length throttle cable

Who sells the Motion Pro extended throttle cables that GoFasters used to sell?
GoFasters was 2 inch longer, there are 3 inch available but I won't mention
who since total cost is $60 for one, I'm not kidding.
Also are the any aftermarket gear shifters available in the US , TM doesn't count.
