Does anyone know where I can get one OR what other headers are similar in bend that may fit. I called FMF and they could not help.

Have you tried header wrap?I have it on several of my 4 stroke pipes,holds up well and really cuts down on heat.

Yeah...still gets pretty warm.

I think I have talked myself into a WR guard. I will have to modify as appropriate I reckon.
