short bar risers.....
on my 2001 300, i would like to try to raise the forks in the tripple clamp a line or 2 to experiment... with the stock set up, 7/8 bars, and just the cap on the wp's showing, the top adjuster is almost touching the bars.. I was looking sunday, i dont see any risers under an inch.. Looks to me like you could throw a flat washer or 2 under the clamp and get some room to move them around.. I have seen some stock looking risers on other bikes that look taller than mine, I am pretty short and dont like tall bars at all..
i think somewhere aroun 3/8 would do me fine...Any thoughts ?

The bikes come with two aluminum spacer washers, about 2-3 mm thick, stacked as risers. I'm guessing yours were removed. A few good flat shim washers will work fine as long as you don't run out of threads on the bolts.
