09 EC250 Suspension

I just got a 09 EC250 Racing with Sachs front and rear and found the forks to be really stiff. I have my compression all the way soft and it is still stiff. Any suggestions?

I am coming off a 05 EC200 with Ohlins front and rear.

The forks may need braking in some.

There is a preload adjuster on the top of the forks to soften them up.

I have about 20hrs on them.

Which is the preload adjuster? There is a screw on the top that is labeled R + and - which I assumed is rebound

Top screw adjuster is rebound.
Bottom is comression.

The internal hex head on the top in the preload.

Hi Guys,
I Just Bought Myself A New Ec 300 09 And Could Use Some Help With The Rear Suspension. Would It Be Easy To Give Me The Standard Settings For It As The User Manual Is A Little Confusing???
