Default Great, rekluse 2.0 came with old instructions...

still referencing setting the dial a gap and mine doesn't have a dial, just a plug. do you loctite it flush or something else? it does have the section for the adjustable piston housing, but doesn't mention the new plug for the outer plate?
Thanks!
Rob

From the other thread, I assume the loctite was to secure the new non-dial-a-gap nut? I hope that it was red, that is what I used because I didn't get any...that is ok, i didn't get instructions on the new dial-a-gap setup either...

Does this help?
Let me know if there is something else from instructions I can send you.

If you loctite the plug then it is there for good. Are you installing the adjustable slave? If yes then you're in business

Yes, thanks Stu and Fred. Mine came with the adjustable piston but no instructions on the install of the new plug and zero loctite - my little cloud and dang it I should be used to it by now...

That looks like it may have been on a card or something and not part of the 8x11 instruction manual?

Just curious.... your title says Rekluse 2.0 I am guessing you meant Rekluse Core EXP.
If you have the 2.0 then the install instructions would be completely different from the Core EXP.

It is the Core EXP with the adjustable clutch caliper.

Nice!! Did you get it all installed and working? Mine is working great.
BTW - The instructions I got were for a KTM.
Did they include the new case saver guard as well?

Yes, got it going and put about 18 miles on it today in some nasty sand, what a workout. The new caliper does come with a new case saver that has a cutout for the dial. still need to do a little tweaking to get it right, it's about 96% now, just drags occasionally, may just need to idle down.

Ps: yes my instructions seemed also to be for the KTM.
I didn't need the extra washer that everyone was talking about.
