West Coast Gas Gas Service Dealer?

I live in Southern California and plan on going to Oregon on a family trip. I need a good dealer who knows how to work on a 2004 FSE 450. The bike starts easy but when it has been ridden for a while. I go to restart it it will some time back fire and will not start with the electric starter. The bike will have to be kicked through a couple times then only will kick start. It tries to start but sounds like it is flooded and only blurps. I do know the trick when restarting to crack the trottle a hair. It works great but it still back fires once in a while and will not start. I am going to have the valves checked this week. I hope it helps the hot starting issue.
