Default Crossover Parts Question...

Which manufacturer's front rotor crosses over as a replacement for a 2003 EC 300? I'm thinking of going with an oversize front rotor and I need to know which of the Big Four Japanese (or any other) that have the matching pattern.

Thanks for the help.

TP

The GasGas rotors are good quality and reasonably priced.

Given that, I have heard that a suzuki DRZ-400 front rotor will fit. Not sure how well...

There are no crossovers for GG front rotors and a DRZ rotor will not fit.

That's odd as I bought front wavey disc for mine off Ebay
I assume it wasn't specifically made for a Gasser, but can't recal who I bought it from now

Kent,
Sorry 'bout that and thanks for setting things right.

Tee-jay -
There are aftermarket rotors made for the gasgas, this wasn't the question that was asked. By "cross-over" - we mean a part off of bike x that will fit on the gasgas.

I guess I should have said that there are no direct crossovers.

I have made rotors for GG bikes as well as for the DRZ and they are certainly different. The DRZ shares its bolt pattern with late model Yamahas.

The Braking rotor for the GG bikes is called GA04FLD.

As soon as my other computer stops misbehaving I will post pictures showing the difference between the DRZ and the GG rotors.

Thanks to all for the info and help!

What I would like to do is go with an oversize rotor from EBC. If I knew what to compare my bolt pattern to, say, for example, that which is found on a DRZ--which, we now know it's not--I would then know which part to order.

On the other hand, it's gonna get kinky, since the rotor pattern will be one thing and the mounting hardware (for WP forks) will be another.

Nevertheless, I guess I could cut through the red tape and call EBC and ask them if they're making an oversized rotor that'll fit my '03 300.

Again, thanks to all for your prompt replies.

Braking offers the GA04FLD which is a 260 mm Wave rotor.

Galfer lists the GG specific DF677FLW which is a 260 mm Braking copy.

EBC does not list any rotors for GASGAS bikes.
