Default High speed circut

OK never mine the pull rods ...
I was talking with a very knowledgable suspension guy who had some gncc seat time, about my rear shock. My normal highspeed setting is almost all the way out, something like 3 3/4. He suggested I might try going in the opposite direction as I may have it too soft and the shock is blowing through the stroke and giving me the occasional harsh/kicken rear end. I realize the high speed in the highspeed circut is the speed of the shock shaft not the speed of the bike. I ride tight technical woods 5 to 15 mph. Lots of rot and rock gardens. anyone got any feed back on high speed settings. 06 300, ohlins tr revalve on the back
