i know i saw it on someone's post but i cant find it now. my slide has a 7.5 marking on it. i think that would make it an 8, but i thought they came with a 7 from factory.

A 7.5 is a 7.5. Most came with a 7.0 but jetting varied a bit over the years. 7.5 - 8.0 is good in a 300.

What slide would work best for an ec200? There's very little in the jetting database on 200s.

I've just put my latest jetting on as I'm very, very pleased with it. That doesn't mean it's the only solution though. You may not need to change slides.
