Default Aftermarket Kickstand

Just wondering if anybody has managed to find or adapt an aftermarket kickstand for their bike? I have contacted trail tech and PMB, neither offer an application for GG. PMB actually refered to my bike as a frankenbike that was nice. Anyhow I would think that something could be made to fit up?

None that I know of, There is one that clamps around the swingarm, I tried it on my CR 250, the thing was a POS and kept comming loose.
That could work if you bolted the bracket directly to the swing arm.
Not sure what bike you have but the stock one on my 300 works fine.

Why aftermarket? Like moto9 mentioned the stock ones work fine. The annoying auto retract feature is easily remedied if that's your beef.

I've seen quite a few of the stockers on the For Sale board. Or post up a want to buy ad in there.

I think it was here that I saw a pretty interesting looking "prop" type stand that slid into/stored in your rear axle. (obviously need a hollow rear axle) Worked like those triangle rear axle stands only more easily carried. Looked to be a fairly decent solution but you'd still have to pull it out/put it back every time.

Can't seem to find it now. Maybe someone has a link...

I'm pretty sure Mark from Go Fasters mentioned they were working with Trail Tech to have one made. Give GF a call and see if it's still a go and when it might be available.

Otherwise just keep your eye on the classifides.

i have heard mention of guys using the swingarm mounted ones off of a kawasaki, the chain rubs one of the clamp bolts, but they didnt notice any wear and they didnt have a problem with it. i ended up buying a broken stocker off somebody and just welded it back together. works just fine.

i broke my kickstand also so i purchased a triangle stand for at home and when out on the trails i either lean the bike against a tree or turn off the fuel and lay it down as the stand was usless off road anyway
