Cool White smoke

My 07 ec300 has just started puffing copious amounts of white smoke when on the throtle. Am I correct in assuming this is coolant. Have just switched to an Evans type waterless coolant. Anyone had trouble with this product? It's way thicker than normal coolant. Gearbox has trans fluid in it which would emit blue smoke if a crank seal was gone. Correct?

Tranny oil in my experience has the nastiest billowy white smoke, ever. It used to get dripped down the carb, to burn carbon deposits out of the combustion chambers(very old school tech)...and it stinks to high heaven. You should be able to smell what it is, unless your premix smell overwhelms it. Burning tranny should almost smoke out the entire neighborhood.

Agree it would be more likely to be the tranny oil burning if its heaps of smoke. Has the bike shown any loss of coolant at all to support your theory? Pressure testing the cooling system should identify any coolant leaks quickly.
