Ha ha, classic! My Freeride 250 2-t hated starting from brand new. No kicker.

I sold it at 5hrs, utter shitbox - $52AUD for a shock mount bolt.

Sorry, rant over

"40 millimeters lower than the range of EC models"

The EC spec says 960mm. 960-40=920 (36.2").

ECR specs says 940mm (37"), which is NOT that short.

IMO there's a typo or they are using common core math.

Default Weight

The Ranger seems to be a little on the heavy side ...
108kg vs about 99kg for freeride and xtrainer
And as I think about how often I have to push/pull or lift while riding ;-(

The Xtrainer May be advertised as 99kg but I promise it’s not. We put one on the scale and it was well over 230lbs. That is the heaviest feeling bike I have ever been on.

Yes, memphis, I hear you but as the advertised weights of bikes are always phantasy numbers, the Ranger may be heavier than 108kg too ;-)

I noticed that, every photo of the Ranger I've seen, there is no kick starter.

I really think it's a bad idea, I can't imagine buying an off road bike that relies on a battery and starter motor.

A kick starter can be purchased separately.
