NY inspection

I very highly recommend calling Brett at Bonjoes Cycle on Grand Island. Tell him Canadian Rick sent you. If at all possible bring your bike to him for whatever you need. He is extremely trustworthy. A GasGas dealer, and a licensed safety inspection shop for NY.

Hard question to answer without actually seeing the bike...

Some NY inspection places can be real hardasses, others not so much. Street legal tires with good tread and no dry-rot, working lights, good brakes, no leaking fork seals, and horn is about what they check for.
