Default Mousse Gel
Does anybody know if its possible to mount mousse with someting like Vaseline?

No. Any petroleum based product will break down the mousse.
I get my lube from a heavy truck tire shop.

okay super, and whats the name of the lube, i have normal mount lube for tires this the lube gets dry.

The stuff i use is earthmover tyre grease. Dont know the brand name but it never dries out, it looks a bit like butter and is safe for use on rubber. Go to any heavy plant hire / demolition company and they will have some

We in Oz just use rubber grease.
Works well.
