Transmission gears and shift forks for 2000 xc250 wanted

Need transmission gears and shift fork rods for my 2000 xc250.

Got a used bike and the transmission is grenaded!

Ow.
Ive never seen that kind of damage on any bike transmission.
Musta tried to ride it out of wherever the thing started coming apart at.

I dont know what caused it to fail, PO did not disclose.

Needle bearings were everywhere.

There is a gear set on Ebay from a 2009. I think it will work in the older bikes but would like another member to confirm.

Yeah, it looks like the 09 may work. I don't know yet why it failed, would hate to grenade another gear set!

Ill compare stack to BOM fiche to see if clip was missing. Needle bearing pins everywhere.

Ill start a technical post in another sect.

Need parts!

I would check and/or replace the shift forks and shafts, and give the shift drum a close look as well.
