I have better luck with the Synergy seals on my KTM than with the Moose seals on my Gasgas. However, they were put on by different shops and that might make all of the difference.

From my experience, the Moose seals for the Zokes suck. The OEM stuff is fine if installed correctly and there are no other problems. I do fork work for my brother, nephew, and riding friends, mainly Zokes and WPs. One time my buddy could not keep seals in his KTM WPs, leaked from the right leg after one ride. A close inspection revealed a fine scratch about 8" long, probably from trapped sand. It was enough to slice up a new seal. Point is don't blame the problem on seal quality, but look to more obvious causes. Oh, and just becuse you had a shop do the work does not mean it was done right. unless it was Les or another guy you know that takes pride in his work. I had stuff screwed up by big name west coast shops in the past, where I think the hired help does the grunt work and the guru just specs valving.

Fit seal savers - those neoprene things. You can even get some short ones from Kriega. I fit them to all my bikes now when I have the forks off and no seal problems with any make of seal.

I got away from those as they trap too much grit and can scratch the tube, like a sandpaper sock rubbing the tube all day. A trick I've used for years with good results is to pack the area between the wiper and seal with a piece of cord coated with seal grease. It will catch what gets past the wiper and can be cleaned and reused. I could go for two seasons on seals, what usually happens is the wipers wear out first and then too much dirt gets in.
