2004 Gas Gas HP450 Wild ??????????????

I have an opportunity to by an almost new Gas Gas 450 quad here in Vegas for 2800.00 is this a good buy, and are there anythings I should know about these quads before purchasing this one? Also where does a guy buy parts for these things? Thanks in advance every little bit of info helps.
