Default I need some seat options. USA.

I recently tore my seat cover on my 2011 300ec sd. I was looking for a replacement anyway since my seat feels like I'm sitting on a diving board. I use padded biking shorts but that's not enough. I'd like a tall seat with a gripper cover. Anyone have any experience with aftermarket seats for these bikes?

Default Good Seat

Talk to SDG USA at 949-752-5227. I have worn out knees, and really like a longer distance between the pegs and seat. I am 6' 3'', 35" inseam.

SDG does not offer seats for GasGas, but if you make arrangements, and send them your OE seat, they will build you a very good seat, to your specs. SDG's seats have better covers and water-resistant foam. I have been running their seats since 2007.

Turn-around was about 2 weeks.

I just installed the MotoSeat cover I got from Steve at Plus One Performance on my 2012-300
Very high quality and it looks great.
Here is a quick pic

That P3 pipe guard sure looks sweet too

There are a couple different options for seats/covers. MotoSeat has a pattern for the 2007-2011s (thanks to Mark Robinson) and we can get the cover in plain old black or with different colors/materials for the top and sides. The 2012+ covers are available in single piece or multi-panel, while the earlier model years mimic stock.

Guts also sells a variety of covers to complement the different densities and heights of foam they offer. Let me know what you're after and the ball starts rolling.

This is my Gut tall soft seat. Its not a gripper. I don't like gripper seat covers because it tends to feel like sand paper on my tender areas during a long ride/race.

Default fisher seats

I just had fisher seats rebuild mine. Mine 09 seat was like riding a buckboard. I had him refoam and raise it 1 inch. Love it. Really nice work.
