if i'm not mistaken,there's a little spring in the float needle, so that might be faulty.
just helping you think, specialists will have to confirm that, or not

ciao.Hannes.

Default float height

I wouldn't hold the carb so level,more of an angle .so the float valve is closed,but the spring isn't compressed. Use a measuring tool to verify height. 1mm can make a difference,in the carb performance.

Ultrasonic cleansed?

Like others have said. Lay the carb at a 45 degree angle instead of upside down. You just want the point that the needle valve engages. Then when you think its right flow test it on the bench with the bowl off and modulate the floats with your thumb.

AS1 = 18mm std
AS2 = 6.5mm std.

Most will increase that by a mm or so (lowers fuel level to avoid splashover due to forward angle of carb). As per image, take that measurement with the carb at 45 degrees. If its fully upside down it depresses the float needle which skews the measurement. You want it just resting against the needle.

To confirm, all Keihin measurements should be done when the needle has seated but not compressing the needle spring.

Well i did this to the book and guess what yep it flowed out the over flow more than ever haha , turned the carb found removed the float and around 1mm of adjustment and she seem sweet. After turning the reads around and adding the 42 pilot jet she is ticking over very nicely.

Will run it up and down the road monday to make sure its ok .....
