Default Changing fork oil in Zokes?

I am relatively new to GG, but I just bought a '05 250 de. I did alot of searching on here and the web and cannot find anything on how to change the fork oil. I have done the WP 48's in the past. With those all I did was remove the cap, remove spring and guide rod and then drain the oil.

Also on the zoke can you tell me what to set the oil height at for east coast conditions. I prefer a plusher fork. Thanks in advance for the help.
