I ordered a ims tank today for the 00-04 bikes. Hopefully this will fit and I can get back to assembling my bike.

Has anyone not strengthened there rear shock mount after grinding the top part down to fit the newer fule tank when fitting the transformation kit ?
My bike is the ec 250 1997
I have been told that top part of the mount was not needed just the sides were enough to deal with the shock, just wanted to know what people did to there's ?

Are you sure you need to change the airbox on the 00 to fit 04 rear number plates?

Yes. The 2000 model didn't have the airbox door. That came on the 2001 models.

They actually drop the VAT when shipping out of the European union. So even when shipping to me in Norway they drop the VAT. Hovewer, I have to pay the Norwegian VAT, of course.

Sent from my OMNIA7 using Board Express

I received a response from MotocrossCenter regarding their kit-
Quote:
Hello Phil, the modification kit is available with the following plastic kits:

- cervantes 2011.

- cervantes 2013.It has an extra cost of 25.00 euros.

- nambotin 2011.

- suomy 2012.

The price of the kit is 280.16 euros ( without vat).

The shipping cost is 70.00 euros.

The payment may be done by:

- credit card.

- transfer bank.

- paypal: that?s the way we use to recommend for international orders.

To send the order we would need your name, surname, telephone number, passport number and your complete address incluiding the zip code.

If you have any other doubt please ask us.

Thanks.

Mikel.

Motocrosscenter.
That's $460 USD ($500 for the 2013 Cervantes) shipped to my door. That is a very good price.

Certainly is a good price and their customer service is very good too. I received mine quickly (Europe) and well packaged. The only issue I had was the air filter panel stickers were wring (250r instead of 300r). One email later and the correct ones were on their way.

Why would they need a passport number?
