EC200 power delivery seems KTMesque
My new-to-me 2003 EC200 is a bit peaky, more so than I remember them being. Before I spend money on aftermarket stuff like pipes, flywheels, exhaust chambers, is there anything I can look at to see if the previous owner has set something up differently to standard?
I know some of them have a nutter / soft switch to change the mapping but mine does not. I also believe the bike has a powervalve but it is not a straightforward thing to work on? Or am I talking shit here?

Read the following thread for some information on the 200-
http://www.gasgasrider.org/forum/showthread.php?t=17772 The info in there might help you make some decisions, or at least understand which way to go. Also, the PV is not really adjustable, per se, but you can take some slop out of it. Look for a PV adjustment thread in the engine section. I believe this thread will help- http://www.gasgasrider.org/forum/showthread.php?t=9517
