Fork Oil Change Intervals
I have done over 60 hours on my '08 45 Zokes. I think it is time to change the fork oil. How often do you change your oil and what viscosity should I use.

recomended is 5wt-7.5wt but i used 5 and found it too stiff but i am 65 kgs so went to 2.5wt, every 60 hrs since thats were you are at now the more the better though

I change fork oil two to three times a year depending upon how much riding I get in.
Try an oil in the 20-25 cSt @ 40C range. The following link is to a list of oils - some are probably available in your country. http://www.gasgasrider.org/html/susp-oil.htm
