Connection error in VDST Standard (Technoresearch)

Hello, I don't know if someone can help me. I have been trying to connect the VDST Standard to my motorbike with my computer, but it gave me error. I installed the program in the computer but when I turned on the motorbike, the computer didn't detect the system. So, It must be a problem of the "wire" because the led in the wire didn't light.
I have tried with a motorbike GASGAS 400 FSE and with an ATV GASGAS 450 Wild HP and I could't connect it to any of them.
I am from Spain and here, I don't know anyone who know this system. I have bought it through Ebay. That's what I am asking here. If someone can help me I would be very kind.

Hi Ceaser welcome aboard.

Yes it is a bit of a job at times to get the VDST software to connect. Here is a thread where we worked through some connection problems.

Have a read and if there you are still having problems let us know.

Would of thought that being in Spain you might have had a direct link to the factory .
